1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return your order within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
✅ Product is unused, and in original packaging
✅ Return request is made within 30 days
✅ A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
🚫 Damaged or used products cannot be returned.
For safety, hygiene, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of any unsealed, or tampered-with items.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line: “Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
Please include the following in your message:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product(s) you wish to return
- Reason for the return
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions, including the return shipping address.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your return does not meet the requirements (e.g., used of damaged items), the item will not be refunded, and we may discard the product.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. You may return eligible items and place a new order separately.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Any used products
- Products purchased outside MaleSuperPower.com (e.g., third-party retailers)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout
