9. Do you ship internationally?
No. At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, and cannot deliver to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or other countries. We’re working toward global availability in the future—stay tuned!
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier link. You can click the link to follow your order’s progress. If you didn’t receive this email, check your spam or junk folder—or reach out to us.
11. How do I request a refund?

12. Can I return a product I opened but didn’t like?
Unfortunately, no. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any used products. This helps ensure the integrity and safety of all items we ship to customers.
13. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your product is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost. Be sure to include photos of the product and your order number for faster resolution.
14. Do you offer subscription plans or auto-shipping?
Not at this time. However, many of our customers place regular monthly orders to stay consistent with their routines. We are currently evaluating subscription options for future convenience.
15. Can I cancel or change my order?
Once your order is submitted, it’s processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once the order has been sent to the warehouse.
