Shipping Policy

At MaleSuperPower.com, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you’ll find all the key information related to shipping, delivery times, and order handling.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM MDT are typically processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States only.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and chosen delivery speed. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions—watch for banner announcements or emails for details.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s status directly.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently do not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be placed and delivered within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or other countries at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.
